CERTIFIED MOXIE IMPLEMENTER · 20+ BUILDS · 20 YEARS RUNNING OPERATIONS
Your business isn't off-the-shelf, your systems shouldn't be either
Custom automations and builds that quietly take the manual,
tangled, “I’ll sort it one day” stuff off your plate — and keep it off.

If your setup is held together with Zaps and wishful thinking…
You’ve got a Zapier zap that works right up until it doesn’t — usually while you’re on the school run.
The same client details get typed into four different apps, every single time, by you.
Reporting eats half a Friday because the numbers live in five places and none of them agree.
Your workflow is so specific that no off-the-shelf app is ever going to fit it properly.
It’s not you, and it’s not that you’re bad at tech. It’s that you’re running a business on a setup that was never built for the way you actually work. Let’s fix the setup, not you.
ENTER: THE PINK OCEAN CUSTOM BUILD
This is for the projects that don’t fit in a neat little box. The weird integration. The onboarding with eleven manual steps. The Notion or ClickUp build you keep meaning to do. The automation that would save you a whole day a week — if only someone would actually build the thing.
That someone is me.
I map how your business actually runs — the messy real version, not the tidy one on your website.
I build the automations, platform set-ups, integrations and AI that do the repetitive stuff for you (n8n, Zapier, Notion, ClickUp, Moxie — whatever the job needs).
You get the hours back. I’ll be honest, that’s the whole point.
Couldn't you just DIY it?
Sure. If you fancy learning webhooks at 11pm, wiring up an automation that breaks the moment you look away, and telling yourself “it’s fine for now” for the next two years. You could. I just don’t think you should — because your time’s worth more than the 40 hours you’d sink into getting it 70% right
Hi, I’m Mariana, your systems person
Before I built automations, I spent 20 years running hospitality floors. Which means I don’t think like a coder who’s never met a customer — I think in service flow, bottlenecks and “okay, what happens next.” Turns out that’s exactly what a good build needs.
I’m a Certified Moxie Implementer with 20-plus builds under my belt, and I work across n8n, Zapier, Notion, ClickUp and Moxie — plus the AI layer that ties it all together — to build systems that fit the business in front of me, not a template I’m trying to force you into.
I’m also not here to hand you five new dashboards to babysit. The point of a good system is that you think about it less, not more. If a build doesn’t give you time back, I haven’t done my job.

So… Is my thing a custom project?
Probably, yeah. If it’s specific to your business and no single app solves it out of the box, it’s my kind of job. A few examples:
If you’re not sure whether your thing qualifies — it probably does. Book the chat and we’ll figure it out.

What you get
A build mapped to how your business actually runs — not a copy-paste template
The automations, platform set-ups and systems the job needs (n8n / Zapier / Notion / ClickUp / Moxie)
Platform + tool integration — your apps built out and wired together so they actually talk AI woven into the workflow where it genuinely saves you time (not gimmicks)
Training so you — and your team — actually know how to drive the thing
A proper handover: screen-share walkthrough videos + build-specific SOPs so you’re never stuck
Support after handover, for the “wait, how do I…” moments
How it works
Investment
Every custom build is bespoke — your quote flexes with the moving parts we wire up. From $5,000 + GST (AUD).
Payment plans? Always an option.
Not sure of the scope yet? A lot of custom projects start with a Systems Health Check ($1,500 + GST) — I audit what you’ve got, find the bottlenecks, and hand you a clear plan. If we go ahead with the build, that becomes our map.
