Emelia Morris is a personal stylist running her business as a one-person show. She needed her systems to do more of the heavy lifting so she could focus on the creative, client-facing work that actually generates revenue.

The challenge

In one word: overwhelm. Emelia’s business had grown but her systems hadn’t kept up. She was spending time on client communication that could have been handled by clear, automated workflows. Clients needed manual guidance through the booking process, which meant Emelia was the bottleneck in her own business.

The system

This was a unique build, Kajabi and Studio Ninja aren’t platforms I’d worked with before, but we learned them quickly and built out automation workflows that streamlined Emelia’s entire client booking process. The automations were designed to be so clear and seamless that clients could confidently book without needing any extra explanation. This project was about making Emelia’s expertise accessible to clients without her having to manually guide every single interaction.
